| Cardiovascular diseases, Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperthyroidism, Chronic Bronchial Asthma, Emphysema, Degenerative Heart Disease, Psychoneurosis, Hypertension, Parkinsons disease, Hyperthyroidism, Cardiac Arteriosclerosis, Aphakia, Bronchial Asthma. Use Ophthalmic prep. cautiously in Elderly & Diabetic patients. Monitor periodically BP, Pulse rate, Respiration & Urine output. Patients receiving IV should be on Cardiac monitor & BP should be checked every 5 minutes then after every 3-5 min. until patient is stable. Caution in Diabetic patients (Drug may increase Blood Glucose Level). Monitor amount, consistency & colour of the sputum. Intracardiac administration needs external cardiac massage to move the drug into coronary circulation. |
